3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We occasionally update prices and cannot honor previous pricing. Sales tax (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipping with full tracking
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipping with basic tracking

4.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

4.4 Delivery Issues

You’re responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery if:

• Items are unused in original packaging with all tags
• Return is initiated within 15 days
• You’ve obtained an RMA number

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety/quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Custom fletched arrows
• Chronographs
• Bow strings showing signs of use

5.3 Return Process

3. Repackage securely with all accessories
4. Ship to provided address with tracking

5.4 Refunds

Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returns. Note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• A 10% restocking fee applies to opened compound bow packages
• Refunds issue to original payment method

5.5 Damaged Items

Contact us immediately with photos if you receive damaged goods. We’ll arrange replacement/refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Product Use

Archery equipment can be dangerous if misused. You assume all risks associated with proper use, maintenance, and storage of purchased items.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Outlet Prime Store isn’t liable for:

• Incidental/consequential damages from product use
• Errors in product descriptions
• Delivery delays beyond our control
• Damages from improper product use

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
