All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
    • Full tracking included
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping
    • Basic tracking available
    • Great for budget-conscious archers

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Just like fine-tuning your bow, we’ve designed our returns policy to be straightforward and fair. If your equipment isn’t perfect for your needs, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to opened compound bow packages
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom Fletched Arrows – Due to their personalized nature and potential use in tuning specific bows
  • Chronographs – Precision measurement devices that require factory calibration
  • Bow strings that show signs of being installed or shot

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return
    Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery using our return request template below.
  2. Wait for Authorization
    We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Securely
    Repack the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send to our address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable method. We recommend insuring your return.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to opened compound bow packages

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or model:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your return request that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items
