Our Return Policy

We stand behind our archery equipment like an archer stands behind their shot. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain specialized archery products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons:

  • Custom Fletched Arrows: Due to their personalized nature and potential use in tuning specific bows
  • Chronographs: Precision measurement devices that require factory calibration

Note: Bow strings that show signs of being installed or shot cannot be returned.

Return Process

Follow these steps as carefully as you would nock an arrow:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the return request template below.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Repack the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For international returns outside the US, please contact us first as additional customs documentation may be required.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee may apply to opened compound bow packages

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or model:

Damaged or Defective Items
